Rooted in Rueda
This wine begins with a longstanding relationship with our winemakers and a shared belief: quality starts in the vineyard. Rueda is the origin; Verdejo is the grape. Carefully selected, organically grown fruit carries the character of its soils into the glass. Attention to biodiversity and the life of the soil is part of that same commitment to expressive, distinctive wine.
Less intervention. More expression.
We work with a philosophy of minimal intervention, allowing the fruit and its origin to lead. Sobre lías means time on the fine lees after fermentation. This brings depth, texture and length, giving the wine a generous feel while preserving the freshness and tension that make Verdejo so compelling. Every decision serves balance and the character of the wine.
Freshness with a lasting impression
Citrus and ripe stone fruit meet hints of fennel, mineral tension and a saline finish. Fresh and textured in equal measure, this is a white wine with a real place at the table. Serve chilled alongside seafood, grilled fish, seasonal vegetables or tapas, and let its character unfold through the meal.
