ROSÉ BY HOLA · BARCELONA BRANDS

Terms & conditions

Last updated: 8 October 2026

About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Rosé by HOLA website at rosebyhola.com, operated by Barcelona Brands, S.L. Our identification and contact details are in the legal notice.

Who may enter

The product website is intended for adults who have reached the legal drinking age for wine in the country where they consume alcohol. You must give an honest confirmation before entering. Requirements can differ by country and beverage category; check the rules that apply to you. Always consult the bottle or pack label for the actual alcohol percentage. The age declaration does not verify identity or authorise a purchase.

Use of the website

You may use the website for lawful personal or professional information purposes. You must not interfere with its security, introduce harmful software, misuse its content, impersonate another person or infringe the rights of others.

Product information and purchases

This is an informational brand website. It does not accept orders or process payments. Descriptions are general information, and availability, alcohol content, packaging and vintages may vary by market. The product label and information supplied at purchase take precedence. Any purchase from an independent retailer is subject to that retailer’s terms, pricing, delivery rules and age checks.

Content, links and availability

Content is protected as explained in our legal notice. We may update the website and correct errors. We aim to keep it available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Third-party links are provided for information and do not make us responsible for independently operated services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and changes

See our privacy policy and cookie policy for how data and browser storage are handled. Updated terms will be published here and apply prospectively. Spanish law applies subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules applicable to you.
